I recently availed the services of a sales and service company. My overall experience was average. The company's website, wahino.com.au, was informative and helped me find the necessary information. However, the customer service was not up to the mark. The staff members were not very friendly and did not provide clear answers to my queries. I hope they work on improving their service quality.
