I have been a customer of Dralco for a while now and overall, my experience has been pretty good. The products are decent and serve their purpose. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. There have been a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. But overall, I would say Dralco INC is a reliable company.
