I have been a loyal customer of Hilton Media Group for several years now and I can confidently say that their services are average. While they have a good range of products and their website is user-friendly, their customer service can be improved. There have been a few instances where I faced issues with my orders and it took longer than expected to get them resolved. Overall, I would rate them as average.
