Our experience with Direct Buy has been consistently good, most recently with Iftikhar who processed our in showroom order for appliances thoroughly and speedily, and who processed our on line plumbing order very promptly. Staff have always been friendly and helpful and over the years we have been members we have saved a lot, building a home, and now renovating a condo.
