I had a mixed experience with Phoenix Exchange, Inc. Their customer service was excellent and they were very responsive to my inquiries. However, I found their website interface a bit confusing to navigate. Overall, I would say my experience was average. I would recommend Phoenix Exchange, Inc. to others, but with a caution about the website interface.
