Our experience was a bit Orlando-ish in that it was a rollercoaster, with a good ending. It started out rough as we had a long wait for a room after we wanted one not on the ground floor. We good a mediocre one. In the morning the manager got us a much better one that transformed our entire experience. On the whole we'd go back and recommend as long as we get a good idea of which units we'd be getting. Location wise it's fairly close to the middle between Disney and Universal and therefore great if you're visiting both. Also close to malls and many eating options.
