Why would I do business with someone that can't do...

Why would I do business with someone that can't do simple math?

I was interested in one of their properties. I am 27 days from my moving date. It's a little early, but with my schedule I have to plan these things in advance.

Sarah Braddock would not assist me with the property I was looking at and instead told me to call back when I was less than 30 days out from moving. I am pretty sure 27 is less than 30, but what do I know?
