Was there this Sunday for my Birthday table of 10 ...

Was there this Sunday for my Birthday table of 10 at 5pm worst service EVER!! She forgot straws, plates, refills, etc. And the best of all she forgot to say Happy birthday or even bring out a dessert with a candle !! When she brought our check she threw the pen on the table. I have been a server in the past and I can tell you this is no way to serve or treat customers!! Hope you can make this a better experience!!!
