As a CUSTOMER, I think the Howard Street Charter School is average. The teachers are knowledgeable and caring, but the curriculum could be more innovative. The school could also benefit from more extracurricular activities to enrich the students' experience. Overall, it's a decent school, but there is room for improvement.
