PartnerAmerica provides an average level of service. I found their website to be informative and easy to navigate. However, I was not particularly impressed with their customer support. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not always helpful. Overall, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of their responsiveness and quality of support.
