The Picton team were absolutely awesome today - had a major issue with Europcar and the Interislander team came to the rescue. The lady at the check-in counter went above and beyond as did the two ladies at the baggage drop-drop. They were all fantastic to deal with - nothing was too much of an issue. Massively impressed with their willingness to help and approach to customer service.
