I have been working at the Department of Global Health Policy, University of Tokyo for a few months now, and so far my experience has been average. The work environment is decent, with supportive colleagues and a good work-life balance. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of career growth opportunities. Overall, it is a satisfactory place to work.
