This was an outdoor concert. The info sent to our email was incorrect because there was construction going on and the parking lot was closed. Venue map of seating was flipped. Signage for parking and where venue was located was lacking. We parked on ha dicap parking and went in the door..still no signage for directions. Walked all over casino trying to find the hotel...found escalator and still NO signage!! By the time we got to where we needed to be for the outside venue it was completely on the opposite side from the handicap parking. Parking garage is RIGHT next to the outside venue!! Trying to find someone in that 30minutes to ask for help was also next to impossible. Hate that there is smoking on the casino!!! Glad there is bathrooms everywhere!!
