I have been truly blessed having award winning services and support.
From accommodating all around great service and respect.
Although there were once times I've felt insecure with some of the staff working there floors.
But then there would always be someone right behind them supervising reassuring me how fully aware they were of
the situation and apologized my discomfort was validated and corrected with out me having to file a complaint. Matter of fact I didn't even have to get out of my seat where I was playing to have the matter resolved and the validation that there by is a very good chance I wouldn't have to encounter that awkard moment where I felt slightly my space had been violated . The quality with the quantity of this amazing team is truly rewarding to a customer, making one feel more like your part of a incredibly large family.
I hope to see it last. Where the turn over in employment becomes minimal as this casino continue to grow they are able to find the amazing kind of people to hold up to this amazing place I'm so proud of and I have been so pleased with kids Quest as an additional honor of trust and respect they offer a secure, an abundance of learning oppertunity and growth and strengths from the games and group activities the girls really get involved with our children,
In such a depth of leadership and teaching the level of them getting involved and working with our children, . They perform like teachers.
As they are doing just that from math to art bingo.
I'm mean there not holding a class but they sure know how to go above and beyond with this establishment.
We can all learn from this.
I wish that we could get involved with our kids as well here.
This kind of set up and with what theses girls getting involved with our children's as they easily gain the REPORT as teacher,coach, and big SISTER, the ultimate grown BFF you need your kids to appreciate!!
