As a customer of Controlled Waste Systems Inc, I have to say that their services are average. While they do provide waste management solutions, their customer service can be improved. There have been instances when they were slow to respond to my queries and it has been a bit frustrating. However, they do deliver on their promises and their rates are competitive.
