I recently started taking pilates classes and found Cool Charm Pilates to be the perfect fit for me. The instructors are skilled and friendly, and the studio has a welcoming and calming atmosphere. The classes are challenging, but the instructors provide modifications for all levels. I love how pilates has improved my core strength and flexibility. I highly recommend Cool Charm Pilates!
