I usually don t write reviews however I wanted to write this review to warn those interviewing at this company to be very cautious. This company was very unprofessional and unorganized in the interview process.

In short, I went through 9 interviews with them not even for a director position. 3 interviews last year and 6 interviews this year for a role on the Design team.

When I got on phone calls I went in thinking I was interviewing for a specific role and then I would get on a call and they changed the role I was interviewing for on the call. I felt caught off guard especially to interview for a role that I expressed I was not interested in.

After going through the 6 interviews they then said that even though we talked about compensation first before we began the interview process and we re in agreement that that worked for the role, they then at the end of the interview process said We had another candidate that in so many words low balled themselves so now we re not sure we want to approve what we had agreed upon earlier.

Again I usually don t write reviews but when you put a person through this many interviews with tenure you have to question the company you re interviewing with. I highly discourage and warn you to be very very cautious. Also the salary they quoted was not industry standard and was and I quote 20k plus below the market in the specific location of work.

I remained professional and during this call when we yet again talked about this compensation the recruiter then said they would go back and discuss and after months of interviews then they went dark. When we had been speaking for a while.

I then read that others in this chain also had very bad interview experiences. Be very weary of this company and the interview process.
