I recently tried an artichoke from a local farm and it was absolutely delicious! The taste was so rich and flavorful, it was a delightful surprise. I had never had artichokes before and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The company that produces them, bearcreekartichokes.com, seems to have a great selection. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.
