I have been a customer of KOVACH, BRENDA for a few years now and I must say their service is average. The quality of their products is good, but not outstanding. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. However, there have been a few instances where my orders took longer than expected to arrive. Overall, I would give them a rating of average.
