Unfortunately, my experience with the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation was not as positive as I had hoped. While their staff tried to assist me, their support fell short of my expectations. The lack of comprehensive resources and delays in responses were frustrating. I believe there is room for improvement in their services to achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction.
