I have been a member of Erie Community Credit Union for a while now, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While the staff is generally friendly, I have encountered some issues with their customer service. There have been instances where my inquiries were not properly addressed, and it took longer than expected to resolve certain issues. However, I do appreciate the competitive rates offered by this credit union. Overall, I would recommend Erie Community Credit Union but hope they work on improving their customer service.
