I recently utilized the services of this home healthcare provider for my elderly relative. The website was easy to navigate, and the initial inquiry process was smooth. However, I found that the communication about the caregiver's schedule could have been clearer. There were a few instances of miscommunication, which caused inconvenience. On a positive note, the caregiver we were assigned was compassionate and professional. The level of care provided was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of organization and reliability. Overall, our experience with this company was average.
