If you evaluate it according to the criteria: interior, service, food, prices, then we can say the following:
- the interior and the view from the window are quite interesting, you will look at the opera house and the square in front of it from the seventh floor, which is pretty beautiful, set to 9/10;
- frankly, I didn t really like the food. The portions are small and the meat they cook is not particularly tasty. Rating 5/10;
- Prices are very high. To sit together and eat, you need to pay at least 1000 hryvnias, because after this restaurant you will go to another one to eat normally . Rating 3/10;
- the service is good, but a table needs to be booked in advance, since from 17 o clock all tables are precisely reserved. We put 8/10

The final rating of the institution for ordinary tourists is 6/10 (maybe it s even overpriced ), but if you go in to drink tea and take a picture, even students can afford it
