I recently interacted with the firm, hoping to receive prompt assistance regarding a financial matter. Despite competent staff, I found the overall communication to be lacking. The website, although informative, could benefit from a more user-friendly layout and better accessibility. While the level of professionalism was evident, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and client engagement.
