As a customer, I was looking for a company to help me with excavation work, and I stumbled upon this company. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I found the pricing to be a bit on the higher side for the services provided. The equipment was well-maintained, but the scheduling process was a bit confusing, and I had to follow up multiple times to confirm the date for the work. The quality of the work itself was decent, but not exceptional. Overall, I would say it's an average experience. 🚜 The communication could have been clearer, and the pricing could be more competitive. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, but there's room for improvement in terms of efficiency and value for money.
