I have been working at a tech company for a few years now, and Micron Technology is by far one of the best companies I have worked for. The work-life balance is great, and the company culture is very inclusive. The management team is supportive and provides ample growth opportunities. The only improvement I would suggest is to improve the onboarding process for new hires. Apart from that, I have no complaints about Micron Technology.
