Baltic private equity is a decent company. The investment options are good and the returns have been satisfactory. However, I feel that the customer service could be improved. There have been instances where my queries were not answered promptly, and that was a bit disappointing. Overall, I would recommend Baltic private equity for their investment opportunities, but they could work on enhancing the customer experience.
