Customer service is horrendous.i took my truck in to have warranty work done and naturally drove it to the dealership who advised that my truck will need to be taken to Carolina custom s for the service. I set the appointment with them and arrived on schedule and waited 15 minutes in the lobby which didn t have one single employee available. They did not have all the parts needed and I had to reschedule For another appointment for the following Saturday and once again experience about a 15 minute wait in the lobby due to no one working behind the counter. I walked over to another area of the building and spoke with Ed who was not very friendly or very helpful. If it wasn t for my warranty work I would ve gone somewhere else and possibly next time I ll take it to another dealership. I was due for a large 65,000 mile service that I had originally planned on doing with the dealership but after this experience I had it done somewhere else and was glad for it.
