I recently traveled with Rail Concept and had a mixed experience. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the train was quite crowded and the seats were not very comfortable. Additionally, there were some delays during the journey. I hope Rail Concept can work on improving these aspects to provide a better travel experience for their customers.
