I want to start with my recruiter, Nick Cruikshank, he is the best! And I don t say that lightly. He ALWAYS answered my calls, a VERY VERY GOOD LISTENER! So many times I was frustrated with my last job and he would just listen and allow me to vent and get my frustrations out. Truly he needs to be a counselor. It was my first time working in a dialysis clinic, I had only worked in acutes, but I was determined to go up Northeast, he tried to warn me, but I m hard headed. If it wasn t for him, I doubt I would have made it through. He not only allowed me to vent, but he always calmed me down and kept me from doing or saying something I might regret. He has a was of making things seem not so bad. DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE! He always reminded me to put my time in. And hats off to Beth Delahany for getting my credentialing completed in a timely manner and an easy step by step process. My check was always correct and I ended up making more than was estimated, so that was a real plus. Anyway I really just wanted to give NICK CRUICKSHANK A BIG WOO HOO! For being the best recruiter I ve ever had professional CALM COOL AND FRIENDLY JUST AWESOME. I hated to leave my family but he always kept my head up. I had never heard of prime time healthcare,but I m so glad to have worked for them. Nick s the best recruiter I ve ever had. Thanks for putting up with me. You re the best !
