I have been a customer of P&C Micros for several years now and I must say their service is consistently average. While they are not standout in any particular way, they do provide a decent level of service. The staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable, and they are able to resolve most issues in a timely manner. However, there have been a few instances where I felt they could have been more proactive in addressing my concerns. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
