Worst customer service ever at sears fairview. I bought 3 items this morning because of black Friday. I found out one of the item expired Nov 2017. I got back to store and complain about the product expiration. The sale lady called the manager and she came and said that no return or exchange. I demands to refund my money with that particular item. Because she said will look for longer expiration but she can't find none of them all of them are expired on the display . The manager just turned her back and walk away.
No service or anything to provide what so ever. 2 persons try to satisfy me she was suggesting that if I can change instead lise water products she showed me and I like it for exchange products. The company damaged this trust and high end products. I never recommend this all my family and friends. I feel like I was violated my rights for the expiration.
