I have mixed feelings about Ht zone. On one hand, their website is easy to navigate and they offer a wide range of products. On the other hand, I had some issues with the delivery. My order arrived late and the packaging was damaged. The customer service was helpful in resolving the issue, but it was still a hassle. Overall, I would say their service is average.
