I recently ordered a gift bag from Journey Giftbags INC and I was extremely disappointed. The bag arrived damaged and the products inside were of very poor quality. I reached out to customer service to discuss the issue, but I was met with rude and unhelpful responses. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
