I have been a customer of Impruv grappling for a few years now and I must say that their service is just average. The instructors are knowledgeable and the facilities are well-maintained, but there is room for improvement. The classes can get overcrowded at times and it can be difficult to get personal attention. Overall, it's an okay place to train if you're just starting out, but I wouldn't recommend it for advanced grapplers.
