I had an average experience with CUSTOMER FOCUS SHEPARD. Although the staff was friendly, I found the overall service to be lacking. There were a few issues that arose during my interaction with the company and it took longer than expected to resolve them. While they eventually resolved the issues to some extent, it was not up to the standard I expected. I believe there is room for improvement in their customer service.
