Absolutely wonderful stay. Booked an emergency night due to unsafe camping weather on new years day and we were kindly discounted for a short notice booking. We were also told we could check in anytime we liked without waiting until 3pm because our room was ready (this was at 10am). Insanely amazing king sized comfy bed and Sky telly. Nice shower, bath and complementary bathroom products. Clean, tidy, modern. Cheap and super accessible laundry service and parking. Prompt support from room service and reception for our needs. Ended up staying an extra night it was so worth it. We won't stay anywhere else in QT now!
