Uh Oh. If you really need to know what a Forensic Psychiatric Center is.. well it's a place they put people who have been deemed "criminally insane". An extremely depressing and foreboding place. If you try to visit, they won't let you. So don't try. On a brighter note, there are way fewer people in here than there used to be.
