Tried setting up and account online, got approved ...

Tried setting up and account online, got approved then was told 3 days later they wouldnt do business with me because of prior banking history, fine and dandy except I had a wire come through and now they want to charge me $20 for an Incoming wire when it s supposed to be free. This is the third time I ve been to the branch in two days wasting my time and now they can t even close my account and give me my money cause there is a lock on the account so now I m waiting even longer for them to try and figure it out. These people are crooks, I would not recommend key to anyone period. What a waste of time and money.
