Good afternoon, I reserved with you a room in Hotel Alcomar from 12 to 15, last past. In this hotel it was our 3rd time that we visited it; We have never had any problems of any kind.

We have the impression that the problem lies with you (the agency), since as he commented, "from now on they call me directly and we will solve it". Meaning, we do not need an AGENCY.
I would like to know at what time or reason I have done wrong to have that bad treatment and have no explanations. Thanks for your attention.
