I recently took a tour with Gran explorador, and it was a good experience overall. The customer service was responsive and helpful. The tour guide was knowledgeable and provided interesting information about the places we visited. The itinerary was well-structured, allowing us to make the most of our time. However, there were a few minor issues along the way. Still, I would consider traveling with Gran explorador again.
