Ok place. We booked for a few days but ended up staying one night only. It was freezing in the poconos and they gave us rooms in the lodge which is about 1/2 mile from towne center. Just didn t make sense to keep dragging the kids in and out of the cold.

Food was average. Activities in towne center were not very organized. They had a sign for kids hot chocolate to go to bowling desk. We got there and the lady had no idea. She didn t even make an effort to find out. Asked about tennis courts. There is a charge (20$ for hr) even though the website says free. You have to reserve basketball court too. Bowling was first come first served but there was a few hours wait. We ended up playing ping pong and pool upstairs.

Front desk looked over whelmed. Took long to check in and when we asked about early check out they didn t know the policy. We also overheard many people having issues (charging wrong credit card then crediting back to someone else s card).

In the morning I could not shower in the room. Water was yellow! See picture.

Food was average but fairly priced.

Wi-Fi Service was awful everywhere in the place. AT&T and T-Mobile Service was bad too.

Maybe we will give them a shot in the summer. View was nice from the lodge. But there was no activity in the lodge at all!
