We have mixed feelings about this hotel. I went there with my boyfriend in August 2019. I will try to split my pro s and con s into sections:

Pro

Staff:

The service staff was always very friendly and polite. Especially Ben from the infinity bar had always a smile on his face and remembered our drinks.

View:

You could enjoy a stunning view from the pool and also from our balcony. (Room 115)

Con

Sunbed redervations and complaints management:

The sunbeds at the pool seemed all to be reserved from 5 a.m., because every time we went to breakfast in the morning, everything was already reserved, even though nobody was there. It is clearly stated at the pool (there are some pool rules at the pool) that reservations are not allowed. As I could not keep it for myself anymore, I went to the reception and asked the lady there why the staff allows those reservations if this is not allowed and clearly stated at the pool rules. She told me that those rules do not exist. Funny, okay. Shaun, the guy responsible for complaints and every other stuff on-site, was just standing next to her and staring out of the window, saying nothing. I think that this says it all.

Aggressive sales policy:

Everybody on-site seems to be trimmed for a really aggressive sales policy. The staff wants to sell things to you, no matter what it takes. Especially in the SPA area (horrific prices!) they are really annoying and almost force you to book a treatment.

Sanitary facilities:

The sanitary facilities are at some parts of the hotel (main building) really gross and moldy. Our bathroom was also quite old and our sink had 4 cracks, not suitable for a 5 star hotel.

Everything summed up, this is not a 5 star hotel, hardly even a 3-4 star hotel. We would not recommend coming here for the prices they offer here.
