I have been a customer of Bank Of America for several years now, and I must say that their services are quite average. I haven't had any major issues with them, but there's nothing exceptional about their service either. The staff is friendly and helpful, but their policies and fees can be a bit frustrating at times. Overall, I would rate them as average.
