It took 15 minutes to get checked in for an oil change! Apparently the service advisor who I was scheduled with (after scheduling online) was not available, and none of the other guys just sitting around in their offices cared to get me in. It was my first time at this dealership, but other dealerships included an exterior wash with the service so I assumed they would too. Also not the case. I will not come back.
