I'm not sure who I would need to call or talk to considering theres no number but I had a male ambulance driver come to my mother's house yesterday to help. She couldn't speak, could hardly control her breathing, and was shaking uncontrollably, and he was sweet to her while I was there. But apperantly after I left he started yelling at her to "knock it off" and others things like she could just snap out of it. She might not have been able to talk but she could hear you! Regardless of if you think a person is faking it or anything you DO NOT YELL AT YOUR PATIENT. He is obviously a seniored driver so idk if maybe he's tired of his job, but he needs to find something else to do if he think yelling at people in distress is the way to go. My mom shouldn't have been telling me "the ambulance driver was mean to me" when I arrived at the hospital. He needs to be talked to.
