I had a mixed experience with Wisecom technologies inc. Overall, they provided satisfactory service. Their website is easy to navigate, and their customer support team was responsive and helpful. However, I faced some issues with the product delivery and had to follow up multiple times to get the problem solved. The quality of the product was also not up to my expectations. I would rate my experience with them as average.
