I have an investment property in Theodore, ACT. I ran the property through Independent and I have to say they were excellent. Arti, the Property Manager is very approachable and kept me up to date with everything. She is very helpful and only a phone call away. I would definitely recommend running your investment property through Independent.
The sales team were also very good. I dealt with Lauren, she was amazing. All in all the team at Independent are extremely good.
