I recently had thyroid surgery at thyroidcancer.com. I appreciated the surgeon's skill and expertise, but I felt that the overall experience could have been better. The staff was professional, but the wait times were longer than expected. Additionally, the post-operative care instructions provided were not as detailed as I would have liked. Overall, the surgery was successful, but the experience could have been more streamlined.
