I had a mixed experience with Sanintrivas. While their website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth, I had an issue with the customer service. I contacted them regarding a question I had about a product, but it took them a while to respond. However, once they did respond, they were helpful in assisting me with my query. The delivery was prompt and the product quality was good. Overall, my experience was average.
